Do you enjoy discovering high Atlas and climbing the highest peak in the world? Then contact our agency and make an appointment in the massif of the Toubkal, national park which abounds of steep peaks and deep valleys. Enter the small village of Imlil, the starting point for exploring the Toubkal region. You will take advantage of a hike about 20 minutes up to a restaurant where you will have lunch, opposite the djebel Toubkal, second highest summit of Africa after Kilimanjaro.
You will admire the view of the mountain villages, which offer a striking contrast with the old roadside towns, the Berber houses, stacked one on top of the other according to an apparently organic order, seeming to come out of the rocks. The local population differs completely from its compatriots in the city, women dressed in elegant outfits, even to go to work in the fields. People who are unable to walk to the restaurant can rent a mule from a resident for an extra charge.
In the morning, you start with the Gorges de Moulay Brahim, you will arrive in Imlil or you will have the opportunity to go for a walk or in back the mule. You can have lunch in Imlil or Asni according to your preference. You will discover the Kasbah of the Toubkal and the Kasbah Tamadot. In the afternoon, you will discover the plateau of Kik, an agricultural plateau by the track or the road. You will discover Lake Takerkoust at the end of the day. In addition to its you can benefit from other surprises that our agency offers you. We leave around 9:00 am and return around 5:30 pm. We pick you up at your hotel.
